Rick was such a terror at public school, his mother decided to homeschool him. When that didn't work as she liked, Rick's Mom took him to Dr. Zaaijer. While the doctor was fixing her wayward son's attitude, Dr. Zaaijer decided to give him a couple of extras free of charge since it was the boy's birthday. Dr. Zaaijer helped Rick's mother adjust to the needs of the new Rick.
